A very special ‘thank you’ to everyone who came down and rocked out with us on Saturday night! Serious dedication there from some of you who even travelled twice that night to see us play (it didn’t go unnoticed)! It was also nice to see some old, familiar faces in the crowd!

With everyone back in Australia for the time being, we’ve pushed forward full steam ahead with the recording and mixing process so the release of new songs shouldn’t be long now (I know I keep saying that but this time I mean it)!

Also, if you’d like to contact us and tell us your thoughts on the three new songs (“Down To The Ground”, “Haunted” and “Take You Over”), shoot us an email!

Thanks to everyone that came down to see us play at Revolver last Thursday night! It was great to see some familiar faces, and we had a great time playing with September Falls and Last Mistress!

We’re supporting Grinspoon on the 7th of January and pulling out all the stops!

Firstly, we’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who came down to watch us play at The Espy on the 21st! It was a great way for us to showcase and experiment with our new material and we’re happy to be able to share that with you. We truly do appreciate all of your support!

With regards to the new material, it’s certainly well on it’s way! Most of it has been recorded so we’re mainly looking for a place to mix, then master, and very soon we’ll be ready to launch in true FIV fashion! So, please be patient! We want these recordings to be just right before they’re released!

We’d also like to wish Dylan a safe trip while we work on these songs! We’re aiming for a new release and to play some new shows upon his return!

Thanks so much to everyone who came down to see us support Thirsty Merc! We had a fantastic night! Dylan and Nicko were a little worse for the wear after perhaps a bit too many black Sambuca shots but… that’s how they roll.

Just to keep everyone updated, we are currently recording and producing the three new tracks we played at the show, so stay tuned for some upcoming releases.

Drums were tracked on Wednesday, resulting in yet another broken cymbal for Nicko! Dude needs to learn how to vent… perhaps a boxing bag is a suitable gift for his birthday?

Hello from FIV land!! We want to send out a huge thanks to all of you who made the trek to Funky town to see our show Sat nite. We had a blast playing the 5 EP tracks plus 5 unreleased songs! We have a mega special announcement tomorrow, so make sure you keep an eye on this page.

We would also like to welcome FIV’s newest member Dylan Boyd! We scouted all the local mental homes, and found Dylan dressed in a ballerina costume doing the Nutbush – a perfect fit for FIV! So we are officially a five piece!
